Vintage Mid 20th Century Tuck Box

Tuck Boxes were used for Boarding School or University.
They were packed with sweets and other goodies, along with treasured possessions and photos. Reminders of home were immensely important, however the box needed to be locked to protect its contents from light fingered roommates and bullies.
Fantastic example, but sadly no key.
